3D PRINTED MOTO TOOLS FOR THE PASSIONATE BUILDERS.

What is 3D

Printing?

3D Printing, or often referred as FDM printing (Fused Deposition Modeling) is a manufacturing technique where a heated nozzle extrudes molten thermoplastic filament layer by layer, to create a 3D model. Think of it as a CNC machine, but besides removing material, its adding it. This technique or manufacturing comes with many benefits, including complex designs that cannot be done with traditional molding manufacturing. 3D printing has opened up the opportunity for many special tools and designs, that could not be created before without an overwhelming expense.

How strong is 3D printing? 3D printing can be extremely strong when using the correct filament, and design approach. 3D printing filaments such as PETG+ have an extremely good chemical and UV resistance, which is perfect for the moto industry. Here at CBB3D, we strive to use 3D printing to fill the holes found in the moto industry, offering problem solving solutions for the builder, mechanic, and rider, layer by layer.
